Day 01 ARRIVAL MAUMERE

There are chances photo stops, such as at Nduaria Fruit market. Lunch in ENDE. Your afternoon program will include the visit to Penggajawa - locally known as blue pebble beach, where woman collecting blue tiny stones for export market. Proceed afterwards to Reworena - the village where you can have a closer look into the daily life of ENDE ethnic. Women producing Ikat Sarongs and in the late afternoon they are busy preparing Ndota - the local dish made of fresh tiny chopped cassava (conditional, depends on the season). The village also as the black smith center. To end the day’s program, drive toward Nuabosi until reach the vantage point for the wide-angle view over the town of ENDE, which is beautifully located on the coastal area fortified by volcanoes.
Day 04 ENDE - MAUMERE
In the morning visit Wolotopo, the typical village of Lio ethnic. It is better to arrive there early in the morning (star at abt 5.30 AM) as you will experience the dramatic ray of morning light showering the chopped volcano of Meja at the opposite side of the bay with bright golden light. Just sit next to the megalithic monuments and animistic shrine in the village and enjoy what the nature and the work of civilization prepare for you. Return afterwards to ENDE to visit the morning market and Exile House of the late Mr. Sukarno - the world famous Indonesian Founding Father. ENDE is the place where Mr. Sukarno got the inspiration about PANCASILA - the five philosophic principle of the Nation of Indonesia. Afternoon drive back to Maumere through the northern coast of FLORES.

KOMODO
2 Days / 1 Night
Upon arrival in Labuan Bajo meeting service and then transfer to the harbor to take boat to Rinca - one of the two main islands in the National Park, Lunch will be served on board. The sail to the island takes about 2,5 - 3,5 hours. Arrival Rinca, anchor the boat at Loh Buaya then take a short walk to the guard post where one have to report and pay Conservation Fee (USD 15/person). Ranger in charge will lead visitors through the suitable path to trace the Komodo dragons and the wilds. There are wild buffaloes, wild horses, deer, mega pod bird, monkeys, various birds and of course the Komodo dragon itself. It takes about 2 hours walk. Then return to boat and overnight on board. The captain and guide will then decide whether to anchor in Loh Buaya or at an island closer to Labuan Bajo.
If anchor closer to Labuan Bajo, take your morning to enjoy the crystal clear ater with coral garden. If anchor in Rinca, then the boat will set sail very early in the morning to approach Bidadari island to give chance for swimming and snorkeling before taking flight back to Bali.

Upon arrival transfer to restaurant for lunch and then to harbor to take boat to Rinca. The short trek in Rinca to trace the dragons and wildlife is the main program of the day. Overnight on board or at Ranger’s house.
Early in the morning set sail to Komodo passing narrow straits with strong currents. Arrive in Komodo follow the trail to reach Banunggulung the former feeding ground to watch the Komodo Dragons. It is about two km one way walking. There is Komodo Nature Park Museum, take your chance to have a look. About mid day return to Labuan Bajo, en route stop at Pantai Merah - the pink colored sand beach - with beautiful coral garden, good for swimming and snorkeling. Lunch on board.

Arrive in Labuan Bajo meeting service and transfer to the Hotel. Afternoon take short sightseeing, visit Batu Cermin - the cave with stalactite and stalagmite.
There are many tiny islands in the Komodo National Park. You only visit some of them. Early in the morning set sail to Rinca, a safari like island with savannah dominated landscape and home for hundreds or may be thousands of deal, wild horses, water buffaloes, monkeys and of course the top predator - the komodo Dragon. To explore the island you need to follow the trail about three to five km. After a hot trek on the island get yourself refreshed by swimming and snorkeling or just relaxing on the white sand beach in the neighboring empty isle. Lunch on board. Afternoon sail to Komodo and overnight.

Ruteng is a small town in the backbone of Flores and neighbor to the Ruteng Nature Conservation Park - the home of Ngkiong - the endemic singing birds. It is worth to visit the Park early in the morning to attend the nature’s concert of singing birds (if no rain and strong wind). There is also a newly popped up volcano in the park. Take your chance to have a closer look into it. Continue afterwards to Bajawa with beautiful panoramic views. Take your chance for photo stops. The first stop will be at Ranamese - a crater lake with cloud forest. Lunch in Bajawa. Afternoon visit Naru village with huge megalithic monuments and Wogo one of the big traditional village of Ngadha ethnic. Overnight at Wisma Kembang of similar.
Visit the morning market of Bajawa then visit Ngada village in Lange and Bena which are beautifully located at the slope of volcanoes. Drive then to Boawae - a village belongs to Nagekeo ethnic which is guarded by an ever smoking volcano of Ebulobo. Proceed afterwards to Ende with another stop at Penggajawa beach - where people collecting blue pebbles for inter insular trading. Upon arrival in Ende visit the Exile House of Mr. Sukarno - the world famous Indonesian Founding Father. Lunch in Ende. Arrive in Bena, see traditional houses and megalithic tombs, learn the meaning of Ngadhu and Bhaga symbolizing male and female of ancestral spirit. Back to Bajawa, lunch. Drive to Soa en route stop in Naru a village with huge megalithic monuments; arrive in Soa Mengeruda a hot water spring to dip in for relaxation. Proceed then to Riung. Dinner and overnight at Pondok SVD.
Day 05 RIUNG - ENDE
There is Nature Conservation Park in Riung mainly to protect the under water ecosystem. Take your chance to explore the small isles of shore - known for the beautiful coral gardens with white sand beach. There is an island with unspoiled mangrove forests inhabited by thousands of huge fruit eating bats. Take your chance to explore the Park in half day program. Picnic lunch. Proceed afterwards to Ende with stop at Penggajawa beach - where people collecting blue pebble for inter insular trading. Upon arrival in Ende drive towards Nuabosi until reach the vantage point to enjoy an aerial view of Ende town, which is fortified with volcanoes and beautifully located in south coast of Flores. Day 06 ENDE - KELIMUTU - MAUMERE
Early morning drive up to the three colored lake of Kelimutu, one of the Indonesia’s most mysterious and dramatic sights. The three lakes, set in deep craters at a height of 1,600 m. Down to Moni for breakfast, then continue to Maumere with stop at Lio hill tribes of Jopu and Ranggase offers fine Ikat weaving, then the village of Wolowaru. Lunch is provided.

Day 01 DENPASAR - LABUAN BAJO - RINCA

Ruteng is a small town in the backbone of Flores and neighbor to the Ruteng Nature Conservation Park - the home of Ngkiong - the endemic singing birds. It is worth to visit the Park early in the morning to attend the nature’s concert of singing birds (if no rain and strong wind). There is also a newly popped up volcano in the park. Take your chance to have a closer look into it. Continue afterwards to Bajawa with beautiful panoramic views. Take your chance for photo stops. The first stop will be at Ranamese - a crater lake with cloud forest. Lunch in Bajawa. Afternoon visit Wogo one of the big traditional village of Ngadha ethnic. Overnight at Wisma Kembang or similar.
Day 04 BAJAWA - RIUNG
After Breakfast, excursion to Bena passing through huge and gigantic bamboo plantation, picture Inerie volcano and take short walks in the vicinity. Arrive in Bena, see traditional houses and megalithic tombs, learn the meaning of Ngadhu and Bhaga symbolizing male and female of ancestral spirit. Back to Bajawa, lunch. Day 05 RIUNG
There is Nature Conservation Park in Riung mainly to protect the under water ecosystem. Day 06 RIUNG - ENDE - MONI
Morning drive to Ende, take some photo stops en route. It is worth to stop also at Penggajawa Beach where locals collect blue problems for inter insular trading. Some of these stone will decorate hotel & resorts throughout the country. Upon arrival in Ende visit the Exile House of Mr. Sukarno - the world famous Indonesian Founding Father. Lunch in Ende. Afternoon drive towards Nuabosi until reach the vantage point to enjoy an aerial view of Ende town which fortified with volcanoes beautifully located in south coast of Flores. Early morning drive up to the three colored lake of Kelimutu, one of the Indonesia’s most mysterious and dramatic sights. The three lakes, set in deep craters at a height of 1,600 m. Today’s program included joining the whale hunting fleet on Peledang - the very primitive made wooden sailing boat with palm fiber sail. The fisherman will set sail early in the morning (about 6 o’clock). They will catch by harpooning any kind of big eatable sea creatures seen during the day. There is risk of being wet or half drowned if they do catch swimming animals on high seas. There will be lunch box provided during the day. If no catch the fleet will return to the village by about 14.00 PM. Take your spare time in the afternoon to comprehend more about the daily life of the people in the village.

Day 01 ARRIVAL MAUMERE Climb Mount Egon
Upon arrival transfer to hotel for lunch. Afternoon drive to Egon - the latest erupted volcano in Flores. The last eruption was on February 2003 when thousands of people flee their village but not casualties. Drive till the road end and then walk to the place wherever it possible to get closer to the crater. Late afternoon drive back to the main road to hotel.
Day 02 MAUMERE - MONI
Visit Watublapi, a hamlet about 18 km south east of Maumere locally known for it’s fertile land and rich in exotic tropical plants and fruits. You will be entertained with dances and folksongs accompanied with local dishes and drinks. There is chance for you to comprehend more about Ikat Weaving - the well-known tie-dyeing weaving technique. The ikat are both as cultural and economical products since the women in the village earn their living sailing the Ikat. Drive then to Maumere market, Wuring - the fisherman village with houses built on stilts and Ledalero Museum. Lunch will be provided in Maumere. Afternoon drive to Moni.
Day 03 MONI - KELIMUTU Crater Lakes - ENDE
It is worth to experience the sunrise at Kelimutu - the three colored crater lakes. You will begin your day early in the morning (start at abt 4.00 o’clock). Once you arrive in Kelimutu you will find yourself something like nowhere, incomparable with known told stories - photos or even moving pictures you have seen before. After admiring the nature wonder drive to ENDE you will pass ravines and villages. Ende is a beautiful town surrounded by volcanoes. There are dances photo stops en route, such as at Nduaria Fruit Market. Lunch in ENDE.
Day 04 ENDE - Mount la - BOAWAE
Early in the morning transfer to Rate village at the slope for Mount Ia which was erupted in 1969 and it is one of the ever smoking volcanoes on the island. The climb is commenced from the west side of the volcano, it is a bit slippery as to the loose sands scattering along the path. Return then to Ende for lunch. Afternoon drive to Boawae. En route stop at Penggajawa - the blue gravel beach.
Day 05 BOAWAE - Climb Mount Ebu Lobo - BAJAWA
It is one of the most scenic parts of the island. Two cone shaped volcanoes dominated the landscape. Very early in the morning drive to the slope of Mt. Ebulobo until get to the latest village to start trek to the summit of die smoking volcano of Ebulobo. It takes about 4 hrs to reach the peak. Afternoon drive to Bajawa thru Soa area where you will get chance to refresh yourself on the hot water spring.
Day 06 BAJAWA - Visit Crater of Mount Wawo Muda - RUTENG
In the morning drive to the slope of Wawomuda - a volcano errupted in 2002 which surprised the coffee plantation farmers as the erruption happened right on the coffee plantation. None realized that the dead crater - turned to coffee plantation - is still active. Take a short trek (easy) for about 2 hour. On return to Bajawa visit to get in touch with the locals. Bajawa is located in the heart of Ngadha ethnic civilization, which is known for the megalithic cultures. There are traditional villages furnished with stone monuments, ancestor worship shrines and Adat Houses. The Hamlets are beautifully settled in the volcanic mountainous area. The most beautiful ones are Wogo and Bena. Afternoon drive to Ruteng. It is another beautiful driving day; you will pass the villages and rain forest. To stretch your legs stop at Crater Lake of Ranamese and follow the trail in the cloud forest.
Day 07 RUTENG - LABUAN BAJO - RINCA
Ruteng is a small town in the backbone of Flores and neighbour to the Ruteng nature Conservation Park - the home of Ngkiong - the endemic of singing birds. It is worth to visit park early in the morning to attend the nature’s concert of singing birds (if no rain and strong wind). There is also a newly popped up volcano in the park, errupted in 1987. Take you chance to have a closer look into it. En route to Labuan Bajo stop at Cara village in Cancar area to see the unexposed world wonder - The Lingko - the spider web shaped rice fields. It is probably the only such a rice fields. It is probably the only such a rice field ever exists on earth. Lunch in Labuan Bajo. Afternoon sail to Rinca. Upon arrival start trekking to trace the dragons. Overnight at the Ranger’s House or on board.
Day 08 RINCA - KOMODO - LABUAN BAJO
Early morning sail to Komodo and upon arrival start trekking to the former feeding ground to the dragons on the island and then sail to Pantai Merah - Pink colored beach for swimming and picnic lunch. Afternoon sail back to Labuan Bajo.
Day 09 LABUAN BAJO - DENPASAR
Morning free program.

Day 01 MOF Arrival - PAGA - NUABARI
Upon arrival meeting service and then transfer directly to Nuabari - a Lio ethnic’s village built in a hill with the ancient one sarcophagus scattered in the middle of the village. It is your chance to be there with the people to have a close contact with their daily life.
Day 02 NUABARI - JOPU
Spend the morning in the village, and then drive to Wolowaru for lunch. In the afternoon transfer to Jopu to stay in the village to have a closer contact with the highland Lio people. Walk around the village, meet and chat with people and visit their traditional houses.
Day 03 JOPU - KELIMUTU - RIUNG

Arrive in ENDE drive directly to Wolotopo - the coastal Lio ethnic’s village beautifully located famished with shrine and megalithic monuments. Lunch in ENDE. Afternoon drive to Riung. En route stop at Penggajawa - the blue pebbles beach. Late afternoon arrive in Riung area and stay at the village.
Day 04 RIUNG
There is Nature Conservation Park in Riung mainly to protect the under water ecosystem. Take your chance to explore the small isles of shore - known for the beautiful coral gardens with white sand beach. There is an island with unspoiled mangrove forests inhabited by thousands of huge fruit eating bats. Spend your whole day visiting the small islets and relaxed at on of the island which has white sand beach. Late afternoon return to Riung.
Day 05 RIUNG - SOA - BAJAWA - GURU SINA
Morning after breakfast drives to Soa area and visit Masu village with traditional houses and walk behind the village where Loka are located. Loka is a drinking place built in hut style outside of the village amongst the bambo and palm forests. Only men gather in Loka in the evening. Proceed then to Mengeruda hot spring for lunch. Afternoon drive towards Bajawa with a stop at Naru - a village with tallest stone monuments in the area. Proceed then to Gurusina - one of the largest traditional villages in Ngadha ethnic. Overnight at local house in the village.
Day 06 GURU SINA
Spend the whole day in the area. There are many villages arround with traditional houses and stone monuments. It is time to comprehend more the real life of the locals. There is Bena village which is well-known as one of the better located village yet very touristic.
Day 07 GURU SINA - RUTENG
Early morning drive to Ruteng passing the breathtaking panoramic views with soaring volcanoes, ravines, Crater Lake and cloud forests. Some stops will be made en route, such as in Aimere where one can have a closer look into the process of making palm wine distillation. Another stop will be made in Ranamese lake, then proceed to Ruteng with one or more stop at Mano area with its terraced rice fields. Lunch in Ruteng. Afternoon visit villages nearby. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 08 RUTENG - TODE - WAE REBO

Day 09 TODO - LABUAN BAJO - RINCA
It is time say goodbye, drive then to Labuan Bajo with stops en route for picturesque views and stretching legs. Lunch in Labuan Bajo. Afternoon set sail to Rinca. Upon arrival take a trek inland to trace the dragons in it natural habitat. Return then to boat to take a night sail to Komodo. Anchor the boat on a calm bay next to Komodo village.
Day 10 RINCA - KOMODO - LABUAN BAJO
Early morning sail to Komodo village, take a visit co comprehend the life of this native Komodo people. Proceed then to Lho Liang to take another chance to trace the dragons on the island. On return sail to Pantai Merah - a rather pink colored beach for swimming and snorkeling. Afternoon return to Labuan Bajo.
Day 11 LABUAN BAJO - NEXT DESTINATION
Morning at leisure.
